Born in Louisville Kentucky, this city girl always had big dreams. Basketball was her first love. While growing up the only child, Angela would catch all the Chicago Bull games on tv with her late grandmother Mary Rose. After each game, she would go in the backyard and mimic every move by MJ or Charles Barkley. Angela’s second love fashion. She would watch every sports brand’s commercial and dream of one day owning her clothing store. She then began very interested in footwear. She got her first job at Athletes Foot which is an athletic store that sold all the hottest kicks. From then on she only worked for shoe companies such as Foot Action, Foot Locker, and Kids Foot Locker. Every check she made went towards some fresh kicks.

Angela always wanted to be on the big screen. She first played Juco basketball and became an ALL-American in Coffeyville, Kansas. She averaged 30 and 11 her sophomore year and scored 983 points in one season and led her team to the NJCAA tournament. She then had over 100 0ffers to play D1 and chose the University of Arizona Wildcats to finish off her eligibility. She earned honors from the Pac-10 All-tournament team and Pre-Season All-American. She helped lead her team to the NCAA Tournament both seasons.

After college, she was invited to the USA under 20 tryouts and the WNBA combine. She played for a short time in the WNBA and then took her talents to Denmark, Israel, and Italy. She moved on from basketball prematurely and this has only made her hungrier. She is such a competitor and very goal-driven. This has made her successful in many areas of life however she is not done yet.

Angela has now has started a new adventure and it began in August 2017. Starting her own clothing company was never a reality until one day she sat at home and said “ I will do this and if I fail at least I can say I tried!” From then on It has been a crazy ride. From selling out of her very first run of hoodies to having pop-up shops around PDX. She plans to take the show on the road soon. She has deep ties in Atlanta, Arizona, Oregon, and Louisville. Her clothing line consists of hoodies, T-shirts, hats, socks, shorts, and jackets. This fall will be her next big launch. She is looking forward to bring more sports-inspired gear.
